Policy Documents is the home of National Surgical Healthcare Plans developed by African countries, including National Surgical, Obstetric and Anaesthesia Plans (NSOAPs), alongside related policy briefs. The collection brings together both current and previous plans, allowing Ministries of Health, policymakers and partners to trace how surgical healthcare planning has evolved across the continent, learn from the experiences of peer countries, and draw on proven approaches when developing, revising or implementing their own national plans.
