Proceedings captures the outcomes of PASHeF events, including forum reports, event outcomes, resolutions and consensus documents. From the PASHeF 2023 Consensus Statement adopted in Kigali to the resolutions of subsequent forums, these records document the collective commitments made by African Member States and provide a reference point for tracking progress and accountability. PASHeF I 2023

The PASHeF 2023 meeting yielded significant outcomes and actionable strategies toward enhancing surgical care across Africa.

PASHeF III 2025

PASHeF 2025 will focus on

“Health Workforce” with the crosscutting inclusion of “Health Financing” with a focus on the

workforce.

PASHeF II 2024

PASHeF II highlighted experiences from partners and NGOs working in the surgical space in Africa and endeavor to develop a mechanism to harness and coordinate their efforts in support of member States in this regard.
