Dr. Adamson Phiri

Dr. Adamson Phiri is an Anesthesiologist at Barthimée Hospital in Thiés, Sénégal, where he serves as Medical Director and Head of the Department of Anesthesia. Since 2010, he has coordinated the comprehensive cleft program for MIS/Barthimée, advancing safe and effective surgical care for children and families in the region.

In addition to his clinical leadership, Dr. Phiri is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Continuing Education at Barthimée Hospital and a clinical instructor at the University of Thiés. He is also an American Heart Association (AHA) certified instructor and faculty for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
